This role ensures the kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean, safe, and organized. With additional food handling, prep work, storage and product rotation duties.  </p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Clean and Sanitize Dishware: Operate dishwashing equipment and handwash delicate items to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.</li><li>Monitor and Restock Supplies: Track levels of detergents, sanitizers, and cleaning solutions, restocking proactively to avoid disruptions.</li><li>Follow Safety and Sanitation Standards: Adhere to food safety protocols, ensure proper sanitization levels, and wear non-slip shoes at all times.</li><li>Support Team and Cleanliness: Assist staff as needed, clean and reset tables, and keep floors and surfaces free of spills and debris.</li></ul><p><b>Secondary Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Assist with food prep</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Specific Job Skills</b>:</p><p><u>License/Certifications</u>- Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided)</p><p><u>Technical</u>- None </p><p><u>Physical Capabilities</u>- Able to stand/walk for whole shift, lift up to 50 lbs</p><p><u>Additional</u>- Worksite is 100% inside and you will be exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.
