Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) – Geriatric Behavioral Health | Mobile / Community-Based Care Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health & Affiliates , is hiring a mission-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality geriatric psychiatry and behavioral health services in home, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings. If you’re passionate about senior mental health, dementia care, integrated care models, and autonomous practice , this is an opportunity to build and manage your own panel while collaborating with primary care, palliative care, and neurology teams.
