Monitor campaign delivery, optimize as needed, and manage updates in partnership with Campaign Management and Paid Social teams. Contribute to performance analysis and wrap reports, using insights to identify upsell or renewal opportunities. Serve as a product expert, proactively identifying areas for process or product improvement and collaborating with leadership to implement change. Ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines across multiple accounts. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey expectations to internal and external stakeholders. Proven relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset. Collaborative and adaptable, with a professional yet approachable attitude. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and Salesforce. Hybrid role based in New York City; employees are expected to be in the office 4 days per week.
