Transfer material between warehouse and scrap warehouses as needed. &nbsp;Facilitate the processing and movement of RMA&rsquo;s.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Create and manage necessary reporting and filing procedures in order to better manage scrap, obsolete and return to mill materials.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Determine and inspect material to be returned to the mills and coordinate with the Purchasing Manager and department. &nbsp;Document and report the process from first contact with the mill representative until a credit is received and processed.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Monitor, report and record the movement of all scrap, returned and damaged materials. &nbsp;Oversee and maintain the scrap warehouses for item accuracy and bin location.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Work with the Sales Department to obtain all required information to process freight claims. &nbsp;Contact the freight company and follow through until a claim is closed.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist and fill in as Receiving/Inventory Clerk as needed in all duties of receiving.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist ICM and Operations Manager in preparation and running of annual physical inventory at all of EMS facilities. &nbsp;Travel to other EMS facilities as needed.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in the coaching and training of warehouse personnel in all inventory functions including bin systems, scanner guns and inventory movement and management. &nbsp;Travel to other EMS facilities as needed.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Any and all tasks as needed to maintain the safety and housekeeping conditions of the warehouse.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Any and all tasks as assigned by the Inventory Control Manager and/or Operations Manager to help perform the mission of the warehouse</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br></span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><em><strong>We are an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and has equal access to opportunities.</strong></em></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>WE ARE A DRUG FREE WORKPLACE.</strong></span></p></div></div>\n",
