If you are selected for placement in the Talent Pool, you will be notified accordingly.<br><br>In this position you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Arranging all services and requesting all permissions which are relevant for the safe operation of the flight</li><li>Determining the most suitable routing with regards to national and international regulations, meteorological conditions, airspace capacity and passenger comfort</li><li>Integrating performance data for the aircraft on the selected routing</li><li>Considering economical aspects such as fuel prices and consumption</li><li>Determining if requested flight is operationally feasible </li><li>Initiate, reschedule, delay or cancel a flight</li><li>Flight monitoring and assistance in case of emergency</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li>High school or university degree</li><li>Holders of FAA, German or Austrian flight dispatch license are preferred but it is not mandatory</li><li>Minimum of 1 year previous work experience in flight operations is preferred </li><li>Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Ability to make good judgements based on the needs of the company operation, in a very fluid, fast changing environment</li><li>Proven problem solving and decision making ability</li><li>Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative</li><li>Flexible approach to work to match the operational requirements (shifts, weekends and overtime)</li><li>Very good MS-Office skills and experience working with dispatch software (Astro, PPS Jeppesen)</li><li>Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written), all additional languages are a plus</li><li>Willingness to work on different shifts is essential</li><li>Must have the right to live and work in Austria</li></ul><br><br>"
