This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, family-centered care in a well-supported community hospital setting, while also engaging in teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Care for patients on a 17-bed pediatric floor and in the newborn nursery supporting approximately 2400 annual deliveries\n  <ul>\n   <li>Pediatric Floor ADC: 5</li>\n   <li>Newborn Nursery ADC: 15</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Daytime support from Advanced Practice Providers</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Block scheduling</strong> for optimal work-life balance</li>\n <li><strong>Daytime rounding</strong> and <strong>out-of-house call</strong> (30-minute response time)</li>\n <li>Collaborate with a network of <strong>pediatric subspecialists</strong> available both onsite and via telehealth through:\n  <ul>\n   <li>University of Virginia</li>\n   <li>INOVA</li>\n   <li>Children’s National</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Opportunity to teach and mentor Family Medicine Residents</li>\n <li>Work alongside a team where Pediatrix also providers NICU services at Winchester Medical Center for continuity of care</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Live & Work in Winchester, VA</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Winchester Medical Center, part of Valley Health System, is consistently ranked among Virginia’s top hospitals.
