This includes the design of grading, paving, drainage, stormwater treatment, sanitary sewer, and water supply systems.</p><hr><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In general, the duties of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following tasks:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for design and documentation</li><li>Prepare civil engineering designs, plans, and specifications for projects such as grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, and site development</li><li>Review project requirements, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance</li><li>Collaborate with clients, technical staff, and management to ensure project success</li><li>Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to deadlines</li></ul></div><hr><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For</span></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of relevant civil design experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, technical staff, and management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in the design and production of infrastructure construction documents</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrates integrity, and builds highly effective relationships at all levels</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Is able to identify technical issues, and bring them to the attention of management</li></ul><hr><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Why Join Siegfried?</span></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We believe that a healthy team is a strong team.
