    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Nevada Gold Mines is looking for a Roaster Operator to join the Process Operations team.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p><span>Reporting to a Roaster Operations Supervisor, the Roaster Operator is responsible for the following;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Inspect start and stop conveyors, all scrubbers, air slides, bucket elevators, associated blowers, feeders, and fans for the operation of the Roaster</span></li>\n <li><span>Check feed production samples for required size and inspect lube systems and grates</span></li>\n <li><span>Control addition of reagents, percent solids, and pH&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Operate thickener, and monitor floc and coagulant usage&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Troubleshoot and clean scale buildup in launders and pipes&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor temperature and chemistry of cooling tower</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Three (3) to five (5) years of Roaster experience <strong>preferred</strong></span></li>\n <li><span>Proven safety and attendance record <strong>required</strong></span></li>\n <li><span>High-pressure, high-temperature experience <strong>preferred</strong></span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with peers in a team environment <strong>required</strong></span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize a heavy workload <strong>required</strong></span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to perform the essential functions of this job <strong>required</strong></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><strong>The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.</strong></i></p>\n<p><strong>What We Can Offer You&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!</li>\n <li>Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.</li>\n <li>Opportunities to grow and learn with the industry colleagues are endless.</li>\n <li>Access to a variety of career opportunities across the organization.</li>\n <li>Nevada Gold Mines is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.</li>\n</ul>",
