The Senior Electrician will be responsible for daily installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of manufacturing systems. This role is located in <strong>Pine Hall, NC</strong> and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay: </strong>$30.00 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Schedule: </strong>Bi-weekly</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Senior Electrician </strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures the proper functioning of all electrical units in the facility.</li>\n <li>Appropriately uses and handles electrical testing equipment and completes repairs in a safe and timely manner.</li>\n <li>Completes scheduled checks for spotting any malfunctions.</li>\n <li>Locates the cause of electrical problems and makes corrections.</li>\n <li>Installs, tests, and maintains electrical wiring, appliances, fixtures, and machinery.</li>\n <li>Connects wires to transformers, circuit breakers, inspects electrical equipment and systems, plans layout of wiring and equipment in conformance to all codes.</li>\n <li>May be required to provide assistance in the plant involving other types of general maintenance work.</li>\n <li>Responsibilities include housekeeping and care of machinery</li>\n <li>Proficient in SIEMENS PLC </li>\n <li>Hitachi PLC </li>\n <li>Knowledge in troubleshooting SEW drives installation </li>\n <li>SICK sensor programing </li>\n <li>PILZ safety logic troubleshooting and sight window modification </li>\n <li>SIEMENS trace programs </li>\n <li>Good Mechanical skills </li>\n <li>Able to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems </li>\n <li>SAP knowledge for work order management </li>\n <li>Ability to navigate PLANAUSKUNFT.WWAG to retrieve electrical schematics </li>\n <li>Ability to create and research SAP work-orders effectively </li>\n <li>Troubleshooting both AC and DC systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Senior Electrician Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years’ experience in an industrial electrician role</li>\n <li>Electrician license and/or equivalent degree in an electrical technology field</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Joining Wieland’s team gives you…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Benefits</strong> - Including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & more!</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Savings</strong> - 401(k) contribution + match.</li>\n <li><strong>Work/Life Balance</strong> - Paid Vacation & Holidays.</li>\n <li><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong> - We have over 9,000+ employees worldwide and 40+ locations in North America alone.
