Consistently provides developmentally appropriate and child centered activities that meet the physical, emotional, intellectual needs of the children.  Functions as a team leader and role model working with assistants and volunteers in the classroom.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED </u></strong></p>\n<li>One (1) year of experience in a structured classroom setting.</li>\n<li>Associates, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Early Childhood Education or education related field </li>\n<p><strong>OR</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion of Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) <strong>OR</strong></li>\n <li>Child Development Associate (CDA) <strong>AND</strong></li>\n <li>Current enrollment in Associates, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Early Childhood Education or education related field <strong>AND</strong> completion of degree within two years of hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<li>Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid or must obtain within 90 days of hire.</li>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED </u></strong></p>\n<li>Completion of a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Early Childhood Education or an education related field. </li>\n<li>One year of supervisory experience.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of child development/management techniques, appropriate activities for preschool/school age children, and related care regulations. </li>\n<li>Must be energetic, with an interest in and enjoyment of children. </li>\n<li>Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. </li>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>6AM-3PM\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>Yes- Rotating Basis\n<h2>On-Call Requirements:</h2>No",
