    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Element has an opportunity for a <strong>LIMS Product Director</strong> to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a next-generation Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) supporting our Aerospace and Energy Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a <strong>product-centric leadership role</strong> responsible for evolving LIMS into a scalable, modern platform that enables both destructive and non-destructive testing (DT/NDT) workflows across highly technical and regulated laboratory environments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will lead a cross-functional development organization building a modern LIMS ecosystem leveraging <strong>Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and AI-enabled tools</strong>—driving improved data integrity, operational efficiency, and speed-to-value for laboratory and business stakeholders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a hybrid role:</strong> 3 days in our Blue Ash, Ohio location & 2 days remote </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Please note: Sponsorship is not offered for this opportunity.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Product Council and business stakeholders to define and evolve the LIMS product lifecycle</li>\n <li>Own and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned to lab operations, regulatory requirements, and growth objectives</li>\n <li>Prioritize features balancing speed, scalability, governance, and compliance</li>\n <li>Communicate product strategy, progress, and risks to senior leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Product & Platform Leadership</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development of a modern LIMS platform leveraging:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Microsoft PowerApps (low-code/no-code)</li>\n   <li>Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform services</li>\n   <li>AI-enabled development and automation tools</li>\n   <li>Full-stack development technologies where required</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Establish platform standards ensuring scalability, configurability, and long-term sustainability</li>\n <li>Champion user-centered design to drive adoption across lab technicians, engineers, and leadership</li>\n <li>Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, data platforms, and reporting tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Development Team & Delivery Leadership</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional product and engineering team</li>\n <li>Set clear product outcomes and empower teams to deliver value through Agile methodologies</li>\n <li>Oversee delivery processes to ensure consistent, high-quality releases</li>\n <li>Promote strong standards for quality, documentation, and operational readiness</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills / Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience in software product delivery, application leadership, or system modernization</li>\n <li>5+ years of product leadership and/or people leadership experience</li>\n <li>Proven experience owning enterprise or operational software products end-to-end</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of product management frameworks, Agile delivery, and platform governance</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with complex operational workflows</li>\n <li>Experience with LIMS or laboratory operational systems</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting Aerospace, Energy, or TIC laboratory environments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of destructive and non-destructive testing (DT/NDT) workflows</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>PowerApps</li>\n   <li>Power Automate</li>\n   <li>Dataverse</li>\n   <li>Power BI</li>\n   <li>Microsoft 365 / SharePoint</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Azure services and full-stack development technologies</li>\n <li>Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and improve product quality</li>\n <li>Experience modernizing legacy or bespoke laboratory systems into scalable product platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Diversity Statement</h2>\n<p>At Element, we always take pride in putting our people first.
