    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Immediate opening available for a part-time personal <span>trainer</span>!</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Risher Companies is looking for a part-time Certified Personal <span>Trainer</span> to join our dynamic team at the Brushy Lake Fitness Center located in Sienna.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The primary job duties will include the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide personal evaluations and consultations to clients on their fitness level by reviewing their abilities, physical condition, and overall health to ensure that all fitness plans are suitable.</li>\n<li>Independently lead both individual and group training sessions.</li>\n<li>Design and market programs to various demographics.</li>\n<li>Create personalized fitness routines that assist clients in reaching their fitness goals while remaining suitable to their current physical abilities.</li>\n<li>Teach clients the proper techniques for all exercises, especially when using more complicated equipment, to minimize the risk of injury.</li>\n<li>Explain exercises in detail and be able to provide alternative exercises if needed.</li>\n<li>Monitor clients on their status and make any necessary changes to their fitness plans to ensure their goals are met</li>\n<li>Enforce all gym policies and safety rules to reduce the chance of any accidents and to maintain a safe and comfortable environment in which clients can exercise.</li>\n<li>Explain the safe and proper use of gym equipment.</li>\n<li>Teach and substitute for fitness classes/programs if needed</li>\n<li>Clean and maintain fitness equipment to ensure a sanitary and clean environment for our residents</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred Applicant Requirements (education, skills, licenses, etc.)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of work experience in a customer service environment</li>\n<li>Current Personal Training Certificate (NSCA, NASM, ACE, etc.).</li>\n<li>High School Education/G.E.D. or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Current certificate in CPR/AED and First Aid.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Well-groomed and professional fitness appearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
