    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Integrity is actively recruiting a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Set-Up Technician </span>to join our expanding team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a Set-Up Technician, you will be responsible for situating the tool in the press, as well as preparing the next mold for tryout. You will have regular interaction with both customers and program managers during all part runs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position will report directly to the Validation Team Leader.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We offer competitive wages, compensation for travel, health and dental benefits, a company-matched pension plan, performance based bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist process technician in setting up the mold and taking off press</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare the next mold for tryouts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Run the press and pack parts according to customer’s instructions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare all boxes, bags, foam and labels for the part runs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with maintenance of the presses</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with material handling as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Some experience in machine set up an asset, but not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong work ethic</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently or as part of team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to adapt to changing situations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to follow OHSA and internal health &amp; safety regulations, policies, and SOPs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Company Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
