Our culture is built on positivity, creativity, and the belief that work should be fulfilling, not just a “day job.”\n\n What You'll Do:\n\n Cross‑sell loan, deposit, and electronic banking products to meet member needs.\n Achieve monthly goals for ancillary loan product penetration and sales performance.\n Interview applicants, collect required information, and ensure loan documents meet policy standards.\n Guide members by recommending products and services that best fit their financial goals.\n Process loan approvals, secure collateral liens, and close loans accurately.\n Open new accounts—including checking, savings, certificates, IRAs, and money markets—and verify eligibility.\n Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of lending procedures, credit union guidelines, and loan product features.\n Perform teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance.\n Resolve member inquiries by providing account information, researching issues, and delivering timely solutions.\n Support branch operations by assisting with audits, night drop processing, supply monitoring, and opening/closing duties.\n Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization—fostering strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners. Champions a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union’s mission and values.\n\n Requirements\n\nAssociates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two–year College or technical school; or six months related experience.  Or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour Work Location: This is a fully on‑site position at our Richardson branch.\n\n What to Expect in Our Hiring Process \n\n1.
