    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Wheel Repair Technician</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">TERREPOWER is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Wheel Repair Technician. You will be assisting in the repairing of the wheel refinishing process. Objectives include removing wheel coatings in a 3-part process of using various pieces of equipment.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>Hiring immediately – We will Train!</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Hours:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">7am - 3:30pm (1st Shift)</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">3pm - 11:30pm (Second Shift)</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">11pm - 7:30am (3rd Shift)</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Able to lift 30 – 50 lbs. continuously, 60 lbs. on occasion.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Able to stand for long periods of time.</span></li></ul><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Tasks:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Operate each piece of equipment per instructions.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Thorough wheel inspection &amp; quality control.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Sand/dress cosmetic defects on face/backside of wheel(s).</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Weld necessary wheels-TIG welding (prior experience recommended)&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Heat/straighten wheels using wheel press.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Some Mill work required&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Follow company safety policies, procedures, and good housekeeping practices.</span></li></ul><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">Required PPE: &nbsp;Steel toed footwear with slip guard, safety glasses, hearing protection, proper gloves and respirator (all PPE with exception of footwear will be provided).&nbsp;</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">Working Conditions: Temperatures can range from 65 degrees in the winter to approximately 95 degrees in the summer.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\">Weld experience recommended but not required.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\">We will train!&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>About Us</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">We offer opportunities for <strong>career growth</strong>, <strong>competitive pay</strong>, <strong>benefits</strong>, <strong>paid time off</strong>, <strong>paid company holidays</strong>, <strong>paid training</strong>, and <strong>401(k) with up to 5% match</strong>.</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\">For over 35 years, TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) has been a leader in sustainable manufacturing.
