Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as navigating through products with potential clients.</p><ul><li>Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude.<ul><li>Business professional dress code with a well groomed appearance</li><li>A smile and willingness to help customer through a purchase as well as through issues that will arise.</li></ul></li><li>Listening to and analyzing the customers issues, investigating the problems and providing strategic solutions before and after the sale</li><li>Bid on and solicit project sales</li><li>Build relationships with key customers:<ul><li>Restaurant visits</li><li>Holiday gifts</li><li>Attentive store interactions</li><li>Discount structures and rebates based on volume</li></ul></li><li>Answer questions and help Customer Service employees complete orders</li><li>Gathers information regarding our competitor&rsquo;s products, pricing and policies in order to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Familiarizes oneself with all aspects of catalogs and price books by our preferred vendors in order to execute orders accurately and within policy.</li><li>Complete 3 hours of additional education per month<ul><li>1-2 Manufacture rep training per month</li><li>Read industry magazines</li><li>Work with chefs and industry professionals to better understand the equipment uses as well as possible applications</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse staff to make sure that customer orders will be delivered on time, and maintain/reduce freight costs.</li><li>Giving customers up-to-date information on the status of orders yet to be delivered.</li><li>All discounts must be approved by your Sales Manager.</li><li>Cold calling, email blasts, customer mining, and advertising will all be necessary avenues in order to grow to the next level therefore all sales people will need extensive knowledge.</li><li>Be ready for change. &nbsp;As a small business we are exploding with growth and opportunity which is both good and challenging. &nbsp;Please stay flexible as many changes may be made to maintain this growth.</li><li>Answer calls if available from the main line after the 10th ring. &nbsp;</li><li>Trial close, learn to close because this position is all about getting return customers that make large orders.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><u style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Skills:</u></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Restaurant experience is a plus</li><li>Conversational fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required</li></ul></div>\n",
