A Lead D365F&SCM Finance Consultant - Client Services at Argano is an experienced professional who provides expert advice and analysis in their field of proficiency. They are involved directly with clients and management of client issues and initiatives related to their field of proficiency. They are responsible for delivering quality work independently. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology and information systems. They demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for clients based upon their experience and best practices to achieve client’s business objectives more efficiently and effectively. They escalate concerns and issues to senior leadership as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Adherence:
Keep tickets updated and adhere to SLAs
Follow defined processes and procedures
Maintain accurate timesheets and submit as per defined policies
Service Delivery:
Manage Managed Services cases and initiatives
Maintain comprehensive documentation of case status, initiatives, solution designs, configurations, and any modifications made.
Support in project planning, execution, and management by performing tasks such as data collection, and progress tracking.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions.
Manage client cases and initiatives, including regular communication and status updates.
Design, develop and execute solutions that align with the client's needs and objectives.
Analyze industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients. Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their integration into client initiatives or cases when applicable.
Prepare and provide detailed estimates on solutions and modifications for client initiatives, seeking client approvals, and track budget to actuals on those initiatives.
Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.

Seek and receive feedback
Reply to clients in a timely manner, adhering to contracted SLAs
Collaboration and Teamwork
Prepare clear and conscience reports, presentations and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to clients

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. preferred.
EXPERIENCE :
6 - 8 years of D365F&SCM Finance implementation experience.
Experience leading teams
Good understanding of Managed/ Client Services.
Previous experience working in IT/consulting companies preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :
MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Certification
SKILL REQUIREMENTS –
Communication: Clear communication, both written and verbal, for collaborating with team members and conveying findings to clients. Proficient in English
Systems : Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications.
Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Knowledge : Familiarity with different operating systems and software applications.
Strategic Thinking: Senior Consultants should have a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute project strategies. Understanding of business processes and how technology can be aligned with business goals is important.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong positive client relationships, identifying opportunities, understanding client needs and effectively communicating with clients are vital skills.
Problem-Solving: Skilled at researching and solving problems and making data-driven decisions.
Presentation Skills: The ability to deliver clear and persuasive presentations to clients and colleagues is crucial.
