Description
About the Role:
The Sales Manager at Honda is responsible for driving regional sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This role focuses on increasing sales volume through leadership of outside sales teams and implementation of targeted sales plans. The Sales Manager will ensure the achievement of sales targets by motivating and training the sales force, fostering a high-performance culture. They will analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales approaches and maintain competitive advantage. Ultimately, this position aims to maximize revenue and expand market share while maintaining strong customer relationships and team cohesion.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in regional sales management within the automotive industry. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and plans. Design and manage sales incentive programs to motivate the sales force and drive successful sales outcomes. Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports to track progress against sales plans and adjust tactics accordingly. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs. Skills:
The required skills such as regional sales expertise and sales strategy development are applied daily to analyze market conditions and tailor sales plans that drive volume growth. Leading sales teams involves using strong interpersonal and leadership skills to train, motivate, and manage outside sales representatives effectively.
