Description

About the Role: The Sales Manager at Honda is responsible for driving regional sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This role focuses on increasing sales volume through leadership of outside sales teams and implementation of targeted sales plans. The Sales Manager will ensure the achievement of sales targets by motivating and training the sales force, fostering a high-performance culture. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in regional sales management within the automotive industry. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and plans. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and training sales teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the automotive retail sector, preferably with Honda or similar brands. Advanced certifications in sales management or professional sales training. Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Track record of increasing sales volume through outside sales initiatives. Familiarity with designing and implementing sales incentive programs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales volume targets.
