This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving to drive results and growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<li><strong>Administrative Support  </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides administrative support to multiple departments and management teams within the company</li>\n <li>Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports  </li>\n <li>Answers and directs phone calls</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow proper company policies and procedures for hiring, discipline and termination</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain complete confidentiality</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Financial Tasks     </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily cash reconciliation</li>\n <li>Enter and approve time for Payroll</li>\n <li>Filing, Scanning</li>\n <li>General accounting knowledge</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Miscellaneous  </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Support our values in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least two years of previous managerial or leadership related experience</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Products</li>\n <li>Possess strong attention to detail and able to detect discrepancies in data and written documents</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain complete confidentiality</li>\n <li>Strong people skills; specifically in team building and sales</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable in basic construction systems, products and mechanical insulations a big plus</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing to internal and external customers</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task</li>\n <li>General accounting knowledge</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Reports To</u></strong></p>\n<p>District Manager </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p>\n<p>The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market.
