The Catering Lead is expected to schedule, process, prepare and deliver orders to the client. Provide prompt courteous service that exceeds the customers expectations.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in preparing food items for caterings as needed</li><li>Providing excellent customer service by following up with customers after an order has been complete.</li><li>Work with staff to ensure high quality food and service is provided.</li><li>Set up and break down catering events.</li><li>Promptly follows up on all customer calls and requests in an efficient and expedient manner.</li><li>Works closely with college staff to uncover and pursue additional business.</li><li>Utilizes Outlook Calendar as well as other online resources to maximize organization, game plan and follow up.</li><li>Serve as main point of contact during events</li><li>Complies with all safety and sanitation policies&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Clean professional appearance and demeanor&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills</li><li>Works well under pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of catering success</li><li>Maintain positive upbeat attitude&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedule</li><li>Maintain a valid drivers license&nbsp;</li></ul><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
