    "description": "<p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and process sales orders on ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely invoice generation.</li>\n<li>Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery.</li>\n<li>Provide timely and effective responses to customer and distributor inquiries, complaints, and service requests.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with key distributors (KDs) to support business growth and retention.</li>\n<li>Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, deliveries, and inventory across multiple warehouse locations.</li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.</li>\n<li>Support sales operations by tracking order status, sales performance, and distribution activities.</li>\n<li>Prepare  analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.</li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate SKU distribution across warehouses nationwide to ensure optimal stock levels.</li>\n<li>Support promotional activities, including incentive processing, promo invoice preparation, and distributor programs.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation for customers, distributors, and transactions.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS</p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.</li>\n<li>1– 2 years previous experience in customer service Operations preferably in an FMCG environment.</li>\n<li>Must be conversant with the use of Microsoft suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook.</li>\n<li>Good analytical skills.</li>\n</ul>",
