Description We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service to join our Custody team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida ( 4 days in office expectation). In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead the Custody Client Operations and reporting team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
