          "text": "<p>EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Automotive Technicians to join our team at our brand new dealership in&#xa0;Orlando, FL opening Mid-October 2026!</p><p>Our technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, very collaborative and casual work environment,&#xa0;very different&#xa0;from a traditional \"dog eat dog\" shop.&#xa0;It's&#xa0;fun,&#xa0;fair&#xa0;and&#xa0;a great place&#xa0;to work.&#xa0;To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What&#xa0;You’ll&#xa0;Do:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>The Automotive Technician&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned&#xa0;in accordance with&#xa0;dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of&#xa0;pre-owned&#xa0;makes and models up to 15 years old.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><ul><li>190 Point Vehicle Inspection&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Lube, filter, flushes&#xa0;</li><li>Brake system and tire repair&#xa0;</li><li>Suspension and alignments&#xa0;</li><li>Vehicle Drivability&#xa0;</li><li>Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair&#xa0;</li><li>Gasket and Seal Repairs&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Case by case engine and transmission replacements</li></ul><p><strong>What&#xa0;We’re&#xa0;Looking For:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be state certified where applicable&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>At least 6 months of&#xa0;previous&#xa0;Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification&#xa0;</li><li>Own a set of tools&#xa0;</li><li>Valid driver’s license and&#xa0;a good driving&#xa0;record&#xa0;</li><li>High school diploma or the equivalent&#xa0;</li><li>Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn&#xa0;</li><li>Respect for teammates and positive outlook&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Salary of $47K to $65K+ based on experience&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Our technicians are paid salary with bonus potential - not flat rate, pay is guaranteed,&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Company Paid Training&#xa0;</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance&#xa0;</li><li>401K – 100% match up to 4%&#xa0;</li><li>Paid vacation&#xa0;</li><li>Tuition reimbursement&#xa0;</li><li>Access to leadership and personal development programs&#xa0;</li><li>Company provided uniforms and tool cabinet&#xa0;</li></ul>",
