    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Mission</strong></p><p>As a Salesforce Developer, you build out the support organization for Salesforce supporting the commercial team</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -14.2pt; margin-top: 0cm;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -14.2pt; margin-top: 0cm;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning components</li><li>Build and optimize Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows) to automate business processes</li><li>Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs</li><li>Work with Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services for secure integrations</li><li>Customize standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li><li>Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing</li><li>Handle deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD tools</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field</li><li>4 - 7 years relevant experience required</li><li>Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II required</li><li>Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation</li><li>Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs</li><li>Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components</li><li>Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules</li><li>Experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)</li><li>Familiarity with version control tools like Git</li><li>Good problem-solving and debugging skills</li><li>Experience with Salesforce Sale, service CPQ</li><li>Experience of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to work independently, in a team environment, including different time zone</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving mindset</li></ul>",
