You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to maintain consistency across systems and help streamline workflows as we continue to grow. The Product Operations Intern will report to the Product Operations Manager and interact with multiple stakeholders in different countries.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll work on</span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">AI &amp; Automation</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design, implement, and continuously improve automation workflows that reduce manual effort across operational processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to deploy and iterate on AI-powered tools — including our AI agent — to scale operations coverage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify high-impact automation opportunities by analyzing operational patterns and bottlenecks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate and integrate AI-based tools to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of internal processes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Data &amp; Analytics</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Use SQL to extract and analyze operational data, supporting metric tracking and ad-hoc investigations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and own dashboards and reports that give real-time visibility into operational performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Use data to proactively surface issues, prioritize improvements, and measure the impact of initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Finance and Product to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Process Operations</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Own and optimize core operational processes end-to-end, ensuring quality, consistency, and SLA compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve how Product, Finance, and Operations teams work together.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proactively identify inefficiencies and drive structured, data-backed solutions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
