      "content": "\n<li>Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in <strong>OPFOR ISR Operations</strong>.</li>\n<li>Augment the OPFOR primary staff during the <strong>military decision-making process (MDMP)</strong>.</li>\n<li>Produce ISR annexes and related products, advise commanders, and conduct briefings as required.</li>\n<li>Certify as a <strong>WARSIM Battle Simulation Workstation Operator</strong>.</li>\n<li>Prepare computer simulations with exercise scenario plan command and control graphics.</li>\n<li>Prepare computer simulations by placing assigned units into doctrinal formations, ensuring unit placement is tactically correct and aligned with terrain, combat orders, and scenario requirements.</li>\n<li>Mentor and supervise <strong>WARSIM Battle Simulation Workstation Operators</strong> assigned to the ISR Work Cell.</li>\n<li>Input computer orders and generate reports as directed.</li>\n<li>Ensure the OPFOR Commander’s intent is executed in <strong>JLCCTC</strong> and that all operations comply with current applicable <strong>OPFOR doctrine</strong>.</li>\n<li>Coordinate maneuver operations between command post staff and simulation operators.</li>\n<li>Manage OPFOR ISR efforts for the <strong>OPFOR Support Division</strong>.</li>\n<li>Occasionally deploy to forward locations in various countries, as required, in support of U.S. military</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office</strong>.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>Army and Joint regulations</strong> and current <strong>ISR doctrine</strong>.</li>\n<li>Ability to work <strong>on-site at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas</strong>.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed, up to <strong>5%</strong> of the time.</li>\n<li>One or more of the following:</li>\n<li><strong>BS/BA degree</strong> with <strong>5 years of military experience</strong>, or</li>\n<li><strong>High School diploma</strong> with <strong>10 years of military experience</strong>.</li>\n<li>Active <strong>Secret clearance</strong>.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Advanced degree.</li>\n<li><strong>MEL 4</strong>.</li>\n<li>Experience as a former <strong>field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major</strong>.</li>\n<li>Successful service in a <strong>key developmental position</strong> at the brigade or battalion level in a related role.</li>\n<li>Experience working ISR-related activities.</li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>Constructive Simulation Models</strong>, including:</li>\n<li><strong>Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)</strong></li>\n<li><strong>Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)</strong></li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>FM 7-100 series OPFOR doctrine</strong>.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting the <strong>Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)</strong>.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.</li>\n"
