Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Recommends documents and issues discipline. Conducts interviews with qualified candidates. Ensures accurate record keeping, prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports. Responsible for direct supervision, evaluation, and training of staff. Responsible for scheduling and assignment of personnel as needed. Implements and conducts orientation, training, and evaluation programs for all personnel. Ensures the highest level of customer service in accordance with quality standards. Orders for outlets as needed, complying with set pars to ensure acceptable Food and Beverage costs. Implements merchandising techniques; keeps departmental labor costs on an acceptable level. Adheres to established Food and Beverage policies, labor regulations, and liquor laws. Relays all guest compliments and complaints as designated. Responsible for maintaining confidential employee records and making recommendations for promotions. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive, fair, and consistent practices of all personnel. Maintains confidentiality regarding employee concerns and sensitive departmental information. Promotes outstanding internal and external guest relations. Performs all other duties as assigned. Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) to Five (5) years of restaurant management experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with P.O.S and PC Systems. Must possess a thorough working knowledge of front and back of the house policies and procedures. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
