They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Keys to Success in this Role:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High School diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years cashier experience or one (1) year Main Bank experience. Supervisory experience preferred but not necessary. Good communication and leadership skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work flexible schedule which includes days, nights, weekends and holidays based on the needs of the business.
