    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an potential opportunity for a civilian<strong> Orthopedic Foot/Ankle Surgeopn </strong>at<strong> Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD)  in California.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Great Patient Population</li>\n <li> Out-Patient Clinic</li>\n <li> Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0700 – 1600 hours, weekend and holidays. </li>\n <li> Shifts provided between Monday through Friday will normally be scheduled for 8-hour period, not including an uncompensated   30-minute lunch break</li>\n <li> In no instance will the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) HCW be required to provide services more than 80 hours per two-week period </li>\n <li> No nights, No weekends, No holidays</li>\n <li> Call responsibilities include a minimum of two (2) overnight call shifts per month, and one (1) weekend call shift every three   (3)  months. </li>\n <li> Overnight call coverage is defined as on-call availability from 1600 to 0700 the following morning.</li>\n <li> Weekend call coverage is defined as continuous on-call availability from 0700 Friday through 0700 Monday. Following weekend   call, the contractor shall provide post-call coverage on Monday from 0700 to   1600 to address any operative cases generated   during the call period and to complete required clinical documentation and administrative duties.</li>\n <li><p> Overage hours not to exceed 10 hours monthly with a maximum of 120 annual hours.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>The Position will have the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Board Certified</li>\n <li> Any State License</li>\n <li> Successful Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery residency program and a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle</li>\n <li> 24 months of experience in the past 36 months (Residency training can be Included)</li>\n <li> BLS, ACLS</li>\n <li> Salary to be determined but around $275-$285hr</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview: </strong></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
