      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Works closely with construction teams to create installation drawings and work packets for prefabrication from the coordinated model for use in field installation</li>\n<li>Attends and coordinates BIM/clash detection meetings</li>\n<li>Independently manages multiple jobs</li>\n<li>Attends various job-related meetings</li>\n<li>Effectively communicates job/project issues with BIM Project Management</li>\n<li>Effectively communicates with senior leads, project managers and field construction team</li>\n<li>Coordinates and generates concrete slab embeds layout, overhead and vertical conduit routing, electrical room layout, underground ductbanks drawings and light fixture layout for construction teams</li>\n<li>Produces a clash-free, constructible model for a successful installation</li>\n<li>Coordinates electrical room layouts, feeder routing and equipment clearances consistent with the NEC</li>\n<li>Creates clash tests and reports using Navisworks to proactively identify issues with constructability</li>\n<li>Posts weekly model updates for coordination meetings</li>\n<li>Provides Navisworks in NWD format for construction team’s reference</li>\n<li>Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.</li>\n<li>Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.</li>\n\n</div>"

      "text": "What You Will Need to be Successful",
      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n<li>Experience supervising and/or directing large project commercial electrical installation is preferred</li>\n<li>Knowledge of electrical systems, installations and code requirements pertaining to electrical detailing</li>\n<li>Proficiency with the following programs/processes/applications preferred and/or required: multi-discipline plan reading, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, specifications and submittals, Navisworks Manage, Dynamo, eVolve Electrical, Revit family creation</li>\n<li>Familiarity with LOD and associated specifications preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain clean CAD and Revit backgrounds from various disciplines</li>\n<li>Ability to create installations, Trimble and prefabrication drawings for field installations</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain document control, updating of changes and as-built conditions throughout the project</li>\n<li>Strong computer skills and proficiency with file management, organization and Microsoft Office</li>\n\n</div>"
