We’re looking for a relational, organized and mission-minded leader who is passionate about people, operations, and making a lasting impact through practical ministry every single day.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">OBJECTIVE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Our Thrift Store is more than a shop – it is a ministry of Rolling Hills Community Church and a key expression of our Community Center. The Thrift Store Manager will lead the day-to-day operations while helping turn generous donations into resources that serve people and point them to the Good News. The Manager will create a welcoming, dignified shopping experience while building systems that drive engagement, sustainability and impact.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ministry Leadership:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Champion and steward the vision of the Thrift Store as a ministry of the Community Center</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create a welcoming, relational environment for every donor, shopper and volunteer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help connect people from the store into the life of the Church and Community Center</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Operations and Store Management:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee all day-to-day store operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the store is fully staffed and ready during all open hours</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage donation intake, sorting and inventory flow</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain clean, organized and high-quality store standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee POS system and ensure accurate tracking of all transactions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Volunteer Leadership:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recruit, train and schedule volunteers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build a consistent and reliable volunteer team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide clear roles and expectations for all volunteers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create a culture where volunteers feel valued, equipped and part of the mission</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Sales and Growth:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Improve store presentation, merchandising and layout</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement simple promotions and sales strategies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help increase both donations and revenue over time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify opportunities to grow the store’s reach and impact</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
