    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Full Time Animal Crew Leader</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Community Work and Service (CWS) Animal Crew Leader&rsquo;s duties and responsibilities include leading the CWS Animal Crew and coordinating daily care for all animals on the farm year-round. Crew Leaders support residents&rsquo; recovery by building authentic, professional relationships and helping residents restore a sense of engagement, productivity, and contribution. The Crew Leaders&rsquo; primary task is to ensure the fulfillment of CooperRiis&rsquo; mission by assisting residents in their recovery process through purposeful work and meaningful involvement in the Farm community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Mill Spring, NC&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Hours:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Full Time</li><li>40 hours a week</li><li>Monday - Friday 8am -5pm</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Health /Dental /Vision Benefits</li><li>PTO / Sick Time accrual first day of work</li><li>Retirement plan with company match</li><li>Company funded life insurance</li><li>Free Meals on Shift</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> Starting at $18.00 per hour and increases based on experience</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Has a thorough understanding of the Farm program and the (7) seven-domains enhanced model of recovery.</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Leads the CWS Animal Crew. Provides leadership and guidance for all animal related matters. Organizes the daily tasks for the crew, with a variety of options to meet resident needs.
