Enjoy a <strong>competitive benefits package</strong> designed to support your health, happiness, and future:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Day 1 benefits</strong> – no waiting period to access your health, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off (PTO)</strong> so you can relax, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work</li>\n <li><strong>Short-Term Disability</strong> coverage for added peace of mind when you need it most</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with company match up to 4%</strong> to help you build your financial future</li>\n <li><strong>General Bonus Opportunity</strong> based on performance and company success</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits that support your overall well-being — because we believe happy employees do their best work!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job duties include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads the daily work of the team, including scheduling staff, planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring efficient work flow</li>\n <li>Direct employees in meeting quality and on-time delivery requirements, address production challenges, and communicate issues to relevant managers</li>\n <li>Follow the dispatch due dates and send repors with updates on the end of your shift to your manager and plant manager </li>\n <li>Partner with production department in managing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their responsibilities and delegated tasks</li>\n <li>Lead 6S improvements with your manager and direct employess to reach the goal of 90 points</li>\n <li>Provides technical guidance to team members and consults with other resources when needed</li>\n <li>Communicates with the Manager regarding schedules and backlogs</li>\n <li>Assists the Manager with selection and performance management of employees and recommending compensation</li>\n <li>Recommends equipment upgrades, staffing adjustments, improvements in procedures and working conditions, and process modifications</li>\n <li>Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching</li>\n <li>Gives the team written and oral instructions</li>\n <li>Standardizes procedures to improve efficiency</li>\n <li>Follows departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous improvement objectives, and safety rules</li>\n <li>Maintain timekeeping and attandance recods for your grups using UKG</li>\n <li>Issue corrective actions for employees who are not adhering to compony polices (safety,attandance etc)</li>\n <li>Ensures that employees are progressing on training plans to achieve higher levels of performance and production.</li>\n <li>Evaluates employee performance.</li>\n <li>Responsible for first line employee relations and resolution of issues within their departments.</li>\n <li>Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school graduate or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field a plus</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervisory experience a plus</li>\n <li>Supervisory skills</li>\n <li>Ability to deal with conflicts and employee issues in a professional manner</li>\n <li>Technical orientation with ability to learn new technologies</li>\n <li>Computer skills including MS Office</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines</li>\n <li>Team-oriented and collaborative</li>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n <li>Customer service orientation</li>\n <li>Problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to write and speak English Language </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
