    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>The Opportunity&nbsp;</strong></p><p>In this role, you will adjudicate &nbsp;health claims in compliance with the policy terms and conditions. You will also provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams to facilitate attainment of profitability targets.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>What to Expect</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Assess eligibility of claim conditions based on policy wordings</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Assess claims and requesting medical records for review in association with claims</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Assess requests for Pre-Authorizations and Pay Practice Direct claim forms and determining outcome of disallowance or approval</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Provide support of decisions and guidance on product and claims adjudication for Insurance Advisors and Territory Managers</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Provide support and guidance to veterinary practices through the Petline</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Collaborate with channel partners and customer policy holders to obtain information for claims submissions and adjudication</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Provide support to customer and channel partner enquiries in regard to claims submissions and conducting post-claims customer surveys to strive toward improving Net Promoter Score</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Draft customer correspondence and documents of insurance</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 36pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>What You Bring</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Animal Health Technologist (AHT) designation or equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">An AMF license is beneficial but not mandatory</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-US\">Previous veterinary clinic experience.</span></li><li><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Must be bilingual in English and French : A high level of proficiency in English is required to effectively support internal and external clients across Canada</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Salary Range </strong>: $45,000- $82,100</span></p>",
