More than a workplace, we celebrate our successes and take pride in serving our communities.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p> </p>The Product Compliance Specialist leads the coordination and implementation of regulatory and bureau changes, ensuring compliance while supporting complex rate, rule, and form updates and maintaining filing accuracy across designated lines of business.\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Work Location</h2>\n<p><strong>This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations.  Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule.  Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The internal deadline to apply is 5/28/26. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary of Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>The Product Compliance Specialist II is responsible for independently managing the coordination, communication, and implementation of regulatory and bureau changes for designated lines of business. This role serves as a key liaison between regulatory organizations and internal teams, ensuring compliance with state and bureau standards. The Product Compliance Specialist II contributes to more complex rate, rule, and form adoptions, and supports product implementation and filing accuracy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working independently, coordinate, communicate and monitor regulatory changes to designated lines of business.</li>\n <li>Monitor, coordinate, implement and communicate Rate Service Organization (ISO, NCCI, AAIS, etc.) revisions to designated lines of business. </li>\n <li>Participate in line of business rate reviews and provide requirements for more complex bureau rate/rule/form adoptions. </li>\n <li>Input, reformat, maintain, produce and revise current forms as needed and maintain insurance form files. </li>\n <li>Maintain bureau manuals and internal lines manuals. </li>\n <li>Prepare PDF and markup copies of documents requiring filing. </li>\n <li>Responsible for the compliance of company forms, procedures and rating programs within state statutes and regulations. </li>\n <li>Complete rate/rule & form filings with state insurance departments. </li>\n <li>Navigate & research systems for new product implementation as well as for defects & incidents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-4 years commercial multi-line underwriting or product development experience</li>\n <li>Oral and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Analytical skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of personal computers with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.</li>\n <li>Time management and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education and Training</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in business, insurance or related field</li>\n <li>Completion of Program in General Insurance</li>\n <li>Associate in Underwriting designation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Statement</h2>\n<p>The salary range for this position is $61,549-$108,087.</p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.  </p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>West Bend offers a comprehensive benefit plan including but not limited to:   </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical & Prescription Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Health Savings Account  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Dental Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Vision Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Short and Long Term Disability  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible Spending Accounts  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Life and Accidental Death & Disability   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Accident and Critical Illness Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Plan with Company Match  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Pet Insurance  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off.
