The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing video surveillance, access control, and security monitoring platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure and resilient environment.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Video Surveillance Systems</b></p><ul><li>Administer, configure, and support <b>Avigilon Control Center (ACC)</b> video management systems.</li><li>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Avigilon cameras, NVRs, encoders, and related infrastructure.</li><li>Configure video analytics, appearance search, facial recognition (where applicable), and event monitoring.</li><li>Optimize camera placement, image quality, retention policies, and storage solutions.</li></ul><p><b>Access Control &amp; Security Integration</b></p><ul><li>Support and maintain <b>Avigilon Alta Access</b> or Avigilon ACM systems.</li><li>Configure access control hardware including card readers, controllers, door contacts, and locking devices.</li><li>Manage access permissions, credential management, and security policies.</li><li>Integrate access control with video surveillance and alarm systems.</li></ul><p><b>Security Operations</b></p><ul><li>Monitor system health and performance across enterprise security platforms.</li><li>Respond to security incidents, system outages, and hardware failures.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Support investigations through video retrieval, exporting, and evidence preservation.</li></ul><p><b>Infrastructure &amp; Technology Support</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with IT teams on network connectivity, VLANs, bandwidth planning, and cybersecurity requirements.</li><li>Configure and troubleshoot IP-based security devices and PoE infrastructure.</li><li>Support system upgrades, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.</li></ul><p><b>Project Management</b></p><ul><li>Participate in new security technology deployments and facility expansion projects.</li><li>Develop technical documentation, as-built drawings, SOPs, and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders during implementation activities.</li><li>Conduct system acceptance testing and commissioning.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Security Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>10&#43; years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with:<ul><li><b>Avigilon Control Center (ACC)</b></li><li>Avigilon cameras and NVR appliances</li><li>Avigilon Access Control Manager (ACM) and/or Alta Access</li></ul></li><li>Strong knowledge of:<ul><li>IP networking</li><li>Video surveillance systems</li><li>Access control technologies</li><li>Security system integrations</li></ul></li><li>Experience troubleshooting physical security hardware and software.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Avigilon Certified Professional (ACP) certification.</li><li>Experience with Genetec, LenelS2, Software House CCURE, or Milestone systems.</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity principles related to physical security devices.</li><li>Experience with cloud-managed security platforms and mobile credential technologies.</li><li>Project management experience in enterprise environments.</li></ul><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p><ul><li>Avigilon Control Center (ACC)</li><li>Avigilon Unity Platform</li><li>Avigilon Alta Cloud Platform</li><li>Video Analytics &amp;
