Description

About the role At our headquarters in Munich, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and support the execution of international trade fairs, conferences, and events. With your hands-on mindset and passion for logistics and coordination, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality event experiences worldwide. You will be part of a dedicated team managing approx. 40 events per year globally, ensuring that all technical equipment, booth infrastructure, and robot demonstrations are prepared, transported, and executed smoothly. Your Responsibilities Plan and coordinate logistics for international events and trade fairs  Organize transportation of robot systems, booth infrastructure, and marketing materials  Prepare and manage packing lists (100–200 items), including serial numbers and country of origin Coordinate shipments, customs processes, and temporary imports (e.g. ATA carnets, labeling), together with the Logistics Manager  Act as main contact for local logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents together with the Logistics Manager Support on-site setup and dismantling (approx. 1- 3 days setup, event duration, 1–2 days dismantling)  Order and coordinate infrastructure on-site (power supply, internet, furniture and AV equipment)  Ensure all equipment and services meet operational and safety requirements  Work closely with Engineering and Marketing teams during event execution  Pack, label, track, and maintain inventory of sensitive robotics equipment and booth materials Support Marketing Team in managing the inventory or events' equipment and coordinate orders with the SCM Team Essential Skills First experience in event logistics, trade fairs, or similar environments (ideally in a technical or high-tech context)  Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to work in dynamic, non-desk environments  High attention to detail, especially in logistics documentation and coordination  Fluent English required; German at least B2 level  High willingness to travel internationally without restrictions (including the USA)  Physically active and comfortable with a role involving movement and on-site work  Reliable, structured working style combined with a positive, team-oriented mindset What we offer Unique opportunity to be part of a global event setup in a cutting-edge robotics company  Exciting international projects with extensive travel opportunities  Dynamic high-tech environment in a fast-growing, well-funded company  Highly diverse and international team with colleagues from 60+ nationalities  Steep learning curve through hands-on work and close collaboration with experts  Corporate benefits program covering mobility, health, and learning
