Costy’s Energy Services offers a full suite of industry leading oil and natural gas field services spanning the Appalachian Basin - Marcellus/Utica shale play since 2009.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Positions and Rates:</span><br>$18-35/hr – Casing (no experience thru operator/crew pusher)<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span><br>Positions are full-time and include benefits. Ideal candidates will have some natural gas industry experience but not required and be available for all shifts. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.<br>Preferred but not mandatory:<br>- Roustabout experience or other oil and gas experience.<br>- Valid driver’s license<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span><br>- Possess good communication skills with individuals at all levels.<br>- Ability to work effectively with other employees in a team environment.<br>- Ability to read and follow directions.<br>- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span><br>- Participate in set ups &amp; demobes; assemble required equipment/parts/pieces utilizing power tools and hand tools.<br>- Operate equipment to job specifications, inspecting equipment, fluid levels, and temperatures and proper attachment usage.<br>- Operate telehandler, skid steer, loader, man basket, (when properly trained) in a safe manner performing all pre/post operational checks.<br>- Recordkeeping, including completing a job safety analysis, truck tracking spreadsheet, equipment checklist, time sheet, near miss report, etc.<br>- Communicate effectively utilizing email, text, phone, hand held radio, and interpersonal communication.<br>- Travel to field assignments, with work assignments continuing at times for periods of a day’s duration or longer, according to project requirements and related factors.<br>- Maintains a clean, organized work area.<br>- Fuels equipment safely along with another employee, ensuring not to spill any fuel on the ground.<br>- Utilize basic rigging when performing a lift, as well as using a tag line.<br>- Monitor job operations ensuring project efficiency and safety.<br>- Backing in and spotting trucks.<br>- Follows all Standard Operating Procedures set by Costy’s Energy Services.<br>- Follow all Safety policies and procedures without fail.<br>- Assist in operations in all seasons / weather conditions<br>Physical Demands:<br>The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
