    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>AMERICAN SYSTEMS</strong> is seeking a <strong>Configuration Management Specialist III with 7 –10 years of experience</strong> and a <strong>TS/SCI Clearance </strong>to support The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), Cheyene Mountain Complex (NCMC) -Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III Mission.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs configuration identification, change control, and status accounting activities to ensure system and documentation baseline records remain accurate and current.</li>\n <li>Support configuration audits and maintain logs of all changes in designated repositories, including those arising from integration of external provider systems.</li>\n <li>Prepare draft configuration management plans, assist with baseline documentation, and deliver configuration status reports compliant with data integrity standards.</li>\n <li>Participate in integration audits, create associated checklists and summary reports for management and audits, and ensure that all baseline documentation updates are complete and approved.</li>\n <li>Works in close Coordination EDLM/UDLM (Emergency/Urgent Depot Level Maintenance) manager  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#NISSC</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of configuration management principles, including change control and status accounting, is necessary to maintain accurate documentation and system baselines.  </li>\n <li>Experience in system audits and configuration plan preparation is essential.  </li>\n <li>Ability to assist in maintaining data integrity standards and updating documentation efficiently is crucial, with proficiency in using designated repositories for integration and status reporting. </li>\n <li>Familiar with tools such as MS Access, SQL, SharePoint, ClearCase, ClearQuest, DOORS, etc. </li>\n <li>Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI  </li>\n <li>Education: Bachelors in IT, Cyber, CS, IS, Data Science, or SW Engineering OR equivalent DoD/Military training </li>\n <li>Certifications: CND, GFACT, GSEC, or Security+   </li>\n <li>Experience: 7-10 Years  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Notice of Anticipated Employment Opportunities</strong></p>\n<p>These positions are being posted in anticipation of future employment opportunities, which may become available beginning around June 2026.
