Description
The Facilities Manager will be a key driver of workplace excellence, ensuring a productive, safe, and engaging environment for our growing team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors, and delivering high-quality administrative support. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, oversee facility audits, and drive initiatives to create a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Manage facility operations, utilities, and employee services for a seamless and productive workplace. Lead vendor management, including onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams for aligned facility operations and employee support. Conduct facility audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance and safety standards. Track and manage facility budgets, invoices, and expenses in partnership with the Finance team. Supervise security and facility management teams, ensuring a secure and well-maintained workplace. Procure, inventory, and distribute office supplies, and plan workspace allocation for team expansions. Partner with HR for end-to-end employee onboarding, access provisioning, and a smooth Day 1 experience. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Manage access control, maintain office assets, and drive internal communication on office operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in office administration, facility management, or workplace operations, with a focus on vendor management and employee services. Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization or new office setup is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and admin/facility management systems is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a customer-focused and timely query resolution approach. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and drive initiatives with a proactive mindset. Experience in conducting facility audits and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance. A track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams for aligned operations. A passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
