Our shift times are 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a.</p>\n<p><strong>Webster at Rye was awarded Holleran’s Choice Community Award for completion of their 2025 Employee Engagement and Satisfaction survey for the Second Year in a Row!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Fun Team to work with!</li>\n   <li>Flexible Scheduling!</li>\n   <li>A supportive, team‑focused environment!</li>\n   <li>Opportunities to gain experience across units!</li>\n   <li>A mission-driven workplace where your contribution truly matters!</li>\n   <li>Great Employee to Resident Ratios!</li>\n   <li>Great Second Shift, Third Shift, and Weekend Differentials!</li>\n   <li>Competitive Pay!</li>\n   <li>Very Generous Referral Bonus!</li>\n   <li>Fun Events for Employees!</li>\n   <li>Employee Recognition!</li>\n   <li>Employee Assistance Program!</li>\n   <li>Time and one - half paid for all hours worked on six major holidays!</li>\n   <li>Health Benefits available with a minimum of 30 hours per week for those at FT status!</li>\n   <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Retirement Savings with company match!</li>\n   <li>Generous Earned Time Program for those that qualify!</li>\n   <li>Time and one - half paid for all hours worked on six major holidays!</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Provide patient care under supervision as assigned.</li>\n <li> Serve meals, feed those patients who require it and assist patients in the dining room.</li>\n <li> Provide fluids and nourishment for the residents.</li>\n <li> Maintain a safe, attractive, and comfortable environment for the residents, with special consideration to cleanliness, ventilation, lighting, repairs and furniture arrangement.</li>\n <li> Answer resident's call for assistance promptly.</li>\n <li> Report to the supervising nurse immediately if the resident complains, has a change in condition, or whenever other special needs arise.</li>\n <li> Provide special services for residents not needing professional skills.</li>\n <li> Perform specific functions as are taught by professional personnel in accordance with Community policies.</li>\n <li> Carry out housekeeping functions on the unit that are not specifically assigned to the Housekeeping Department.</li>\n <li> Carry out technical duties and procedures as assigned if she/he has satisfactorily completed an in-service program on such.</li>\n <li> Maintain good relationships with residents and their families and friends as well as with the public in general.</li>\n <li> Transport residents as required.</li>\n <li> Assume all other duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse.</li>\n <li> Assume responsibility for self-safety and safety of immediate work environment.</li>\n <li> Responsible for attendance at annual in-service programs with regards to body mechanics, right-to-know laws and fire and safety procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have attended training as a nurse assistant in a formal course.  </li>\n <li>LNA must have satisfactorily completed a certification program in the State of New Hampshire.  </li>\n <li>Must be licensed in the State of New Hampshire. </li>\n <li>Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time including physical activity that includes walking, bending, kneeling, twisting up to 4-6 hours per day.</li>\n <li>Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Use motor coordination of arms, legs, hands, wrists, and fingers on a regular basis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Silverstone Living is a non-profit organization supporting Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua, At Home by Hunt and Webster at Rye.
