This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, choice, and inclusion within the community. The <strong>Program Manager</strong> is responsible for fostering cultural alignment in their assigned areas of responsibility while supporting a team of service coordinators and providers. Prior experience successfully leading teams providing service oversight within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community is highly desirable.
