Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Spanish Fork, Utah, our campus provide more than just treatment – we offer a warm, homely atmosphere!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our forte lies in tackling intricate challenges such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship hurdles, mental health nuances, and much more – all while maintaining an unwavering focus on family-centered healing. Join us in making a difference where passion meets purpose, and let's embark on this fulfilling journey together!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Safety and Well-being:</strong> Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Bed Checks:</strong> Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Student Assistance:</strong> Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Observation and Documentation:</strong> Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Daily Assignments:</strong> Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Specialized Tasks:</strong> Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must be female</strong></li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>21 years old or older</li>\n <li>Current driver's license and a good driving record</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a Utah State background check</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>New Haven is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
