          "text": "<p><strong><span><span>Education: </span></span></strong><br /><span><span>Bachelor&apos;s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. The equivalent in related work experience and self study may be substituted. JNTCP/CCNA/CCNP preferred<br /><br /><strong>Experience: </strong><br />• 3 to 6 years of direct experience in the design, testing, and implementation of IP router based high-speed technology in an ISP or equivalent environment.<br />• Extensive experience with IP routing and related technologies required (TCP/IP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, IPv6, CIDR, UDP, TFTP, DHCP, NAT/PAT,DNS, DOCSIS)<br />• Working knowledge of OSI model required<br />• Specific knowledge of Cisco routers, especially the IOS-XR based required<br />• Specific knowledge of Juniper routers and the JUNOS operating system required<br />• Specific knowledge of layer 2 switching required<br />• Experience with Metro Ethernet and MPLS services preferred<br />• Experience with TDM/Cellular Backhaul services preferred<br />• Knowledge of DOCSIS and related services preferred<br />• Experience with multicast (PIM, IGMP) a plus<br />• Broad knowledge of CMTS&apos;s a plus<br />• Creative, self-motivated team player willing to participate in developing cutting-edge solutions<br />• Clear and effective verbal and written communications skills<br />• Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries<br />• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Position Comments:</strong><br />- IP routing is a must<br />-Cisco- IOS-XR is a must<br />-someone with Cisco and Juniper would be a leading candidate. <br />-30 minute phone screen<br />-2nd interview is a panel.<br />-wants to hire someone ASAP.</span></span><br /></p>",
