You will lead the maintenance function, ensure operational efficiency, and work closely with Heads of Departments and management to minimise disruptions and maintain excellent standards across our properties.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including in-house teams and contracted service providers.</li>\n<li>Ensure the smooth operation of all contracted maintenance services, proactively adjusting schedules and priorities as required.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement detailed plans, timelines, and schedules for maintenance projects.</li>\n<li>Provide clear direction, instructions, and guidance to maintenance teams.</li>\n<li>Regularly report on the progress of maintenance projects and communicate any operational impacts to Heads of Departments and management.</li>\n<li>Authorise purchase orders and invoices for materials and services.</li>\n<li>Evaluate quotes and ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.</li>\n<li>Verify the quality of materials, equipment, and contracted works.</li>\n<li>Ensure the correct functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, ELV, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems.</li>\n<li>Ensure maintenance works are carried out in line with company standards, health and safety requirements, and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar Maintenance Manager or senior maintenance management position.</li>\n<li>A Higher Technician Diploma (HTD) level of technical education or an equivalent qualification.</li>\n<li>A valid Local License A and B.</li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HVAC and ELV systems.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of building maintenance best practices.</li>\n<li>Proven experience managing in-house maintenance teams and contracted service providers.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.</li>\n<li>Experience in developing maintenance plans, project timelines, and preventative maintenance schedules.</li>\n<li>The ability to authorise and manage purchase orders, invoices, quotes, and maintenance-related costs.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Heads of Departments, contractors, suppliers, and management.</li>\n<li>A proactive and hands-on approach with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Assistant Maintenance Manager</span></span></p>\n<p>As <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assistant Maintenance Manager</span>, you will support the Maintenance Manager in the day-to-day coordination and supervision of maintenance activities.
