Arnold&rsquo;s magnets, metals, and systems are used in high-efficiency electric motors and generators, sensors, batteries, and more.</p><p><strong>Brief Summary of Position:</strong></p><p>Work from written or verbal instructions and knowledge gained by job experience to perform a variety of tasks in the shipping, receiving, and warehousing of materials and products. &nbsp;This person will prepare related paperwork and documentation, pack product using either standard packing methods or pack to special instructions. &nbsp;This person will support continuous efforts in 5S and Lean initiatives towards process improvement.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities/Essential Functions of Position:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work from written and verbal instructions.</li><li>Comply with all plant and safety rules and regulations.</li><li>Ensure that work areas are kept clean and orderly.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Packing/Shipping</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Generate picklist and pull materials from stock shelves. &nbsp;Re-boxing of parts may be required.</li><li>Schedule packaging priorities based on the shipping schedule.</li><li>Coordinate Outside Service parts to be packed and sent to Vendors.</li><li>Interface with Sales and Production Control personnel regarding special customer packaging requirements.</li><li>Ensure that parts are packed and loaded onto inventory shelves with accurate information and counts.</li><li>Generate certs and all documents required for shipments, exports and imports.</li><li>Ensure that all products are packaged properly, and all documents are in order. Communicate with other departments to resolve problems with packaging documentation, labeling, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Confirm that package can be sent UPS, resolve any incomplete or missing information to shipments.
