Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Creates and ensures a fun-filled and entertaining environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount.</li>\n <li>Provides accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games by providing the rules of the game to guests, according to state and facility established requirements. </li>\n <li>Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.</li>\n <li>Ability to calculate odds quickly and accurately to pay winning bets and collect losing bets.</li>\n <li>Performs accurate chip and cash transactions.</li>\n <li>Maintains game security and always protects company assets. </li>\n <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li>\n <li>Performs all other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must successfully pass an audition to determine the performance levels and abilities.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li><p>Previous dealing experience preferred</p></li>\n <li>Knowledge of multiple table games preferred; Blackjack/Craps or Blackjack/Roulette</li>\n <li>Successful completion of dealer school / program required.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
