The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in <strong>ETL development</strong>, <strong>Snowflake</strong>, and modern <strong>cloud-based data platforms</strong>, along with understanding in <strong>Power BI</strong> for analytics and reporting. This role demands a solid understanding of <strong>data engineering principles</strong>, <strong>ETL concepts</strong>, and <strong>financial domain knowledge</strong>.</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling actionable insights for business stakeholders. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment are essential.</p><hr><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Design, develop, and maintain <strong>data pipelines</strong> and <strong>ETL workflows</strong> for ingestion, transformation, and integration.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Build and optimize solutions on <strong>Snowflake</strong> and other <strong>cloud data platforms</strong>.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leverage ETL tools such as <strong>Informatica</strong>, <strong>Pentaho</strong>, or <strong>Azure Data Factory (ADF)</strong> to deliver scalable data solutions.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Implement best practices for <strong>data modeling</strong>, <strong>performance tuning</strong>, and <strong>data governance</strong>.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Develop and manage <strong>Power BI dashboards</strong> and reports to support business intelligence initiatives.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards for financial data.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Drive projects independently, managing timelines and quality expectations.</p></li></ul><hr><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proven experience as a <strong>Data Engineer</strong> with strong knowledge of <strong>ETL concepts</strong>, <strong>data warehousing</strong>, and <strong>data architecture</strong>.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Experience with <strong>Python</strong> and <strong>SQL</strong> for automation and advanced data processing.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Knowledge of <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, <strong>DevOps</strong>, and <strong>data orchestration frameworks</strong>.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hands-on experience with <strong>Snowflake</strong> and at least one ETL tool (<strong>Informatica</strong>, <strong>Pentaho</strong>, or <strong>ADF</strong>).</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Familiarity with <strong>cloud database technologies</strong> and modern data engineering practices.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Understanding of <strong>Power BI</strong> and BI platform infrastructure.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strong understanding of <strong>financial domain concepts</strong>.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Self-driven, motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions independently.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certifications in Cloud Data Platforms or Snowflake are a strong plus.</p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6 – 8 years of experience as Data Engineer.</p></li></ul><hr><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p>",
