Our Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Human Resource Administration (HRA) scatter site supported housing programs provide housing and case management services for seriously mentally ill adults. Participants are referred from state psychiatric institutions, community residences, hospitals, and from local shelters and agencies. The program secures permanent, supported housing for participants and provides them with case management and related services.
