    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\">We are seeking a reliable Yard Hand to support yard operations, including loading/unloading, cargo handling, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. This is a temporary position of up to three months, with the potential for full-time employment.</p><h2><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Assist with loading and unloading trucks and flatbed trailers.</li><li>Load and unload cargo units safely and efficiently.</li><li>Organize yard space according to the established layout plan.</li><li>Observe forklift operations and ensure safe rigging practices prior to lifts.</li><li>Report any safety or rigging concerns to the Yard Operator or Supervisor.</li><li>Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on yard equipment as needed.</li><li>Monitor chemical pad and container conditions and report any issues.</li><li>Initiate spill response procedures during spills or drills.</li><li>Support cycle counting of outside inventory.</li><li>Communicate using standard hand signals in yard operations.</li><li>Maintain constant awareness of safety hazards and operational risks.</li><li>Forklift experience is required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Forklift experience is required.</li><li>Must be competent in the following:<ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Communicating using standard hand signals</li><li>Observing and identifying safety concerns</li><li>Knowledge of safe forklift operations</li><li>Cycle counting of outside inventory</li></ul></li></ul>\n<br/>Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM<br/>Overtime: May be available based on business needs.",
